      image The company approved me getting vinyl floors. After that the floor began to shift and crack. They also made short cuts. After calling LL FLOORING CUSTOMER SERVICE for 3 months and complaining they formally denied my request for a refund or repair. They should have had their professional installer recommend different floors or carpet before taking the Job. They took the job and my money then left me with a broken floor and ran. BUYER BEWARE. After they installed the vinyl flooring they blamed the sub floor and kept my money. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
