This by far is the worse agency Ive ever dealt with in my 30 years of Homecare. Most unprofessional agency out there. There nurse Christy quit without proper notice. The agency never tried to reach out to let me know the situation. Please do not use this agency. Your loved one will be left to care for themselves. Best agency is by far is Bayada. They train their nurses at the home in order to make sure everything is done properly. They dont make the family train them or do their paperwork that the nursing Cordinator should do. I had to fill it out myself. Do not use this agency if you truly need care.

Safe and Sound Nursing Care Agency was a lifesaver to our family during my sons final months. He was treated with respect and kindness at all times. There was also a high level of professionalism in the care given to him by his nurses. Because of his medical condition he required constant care and monitoring. They not only worked diligently to address his medical needs, but also worked hard to make him as comfortable as possible. Sincerely, Just a mom who wanted the best for her child and is grateful to all his wonderful nurses
