The room wasnt clean I saw macaroni on the floor, showers not working properly- had to wait 20 min and toilet flush broke. I had to changed the room but then air conditioner was not working. I had to stay with hitter.

Here right now. At first glance, lobby looks nice, and you expect the rest to live up to that. I got to my room, went into the bathroom, and saw it had no bath towels or toiletries, including hand soap! The bathroom door happened to be falling apart as well. I picked up the phone to call and ask for the missing items, only to find out the phone didn't work at all. I went down to the front desk in person. The guy gave me a large pile of towels and some shampoo. I asked about hand soap and he told me they ran out! He looked confused when I asked how I'm supposed to wash my hands (though given what seems to be the standard for hygiene around here, I see why that was a tough one for him to grasp). He said he'll see if housekeeping can bring some (still waiting). I'd love to get in PJs and relax for the night but who knows when/if my handsoap will arrive.
The lighting in the room is horrible too.
I see that in all responses to past reviews there is a standard promise to share the feedback and work on improving, but given the current state of things here, it is clear that it's nothing but a rehearsed reply. No action appears to have been taken.

Bugs in rooms, ceiling dirty, carpet gross, ice machine down. They took my shower towels and never gave new ones. Had to go to the front desk for more. Asked for them to remove the dead bugs, they never did. Shower faucet leaking all night no matter how hard I shut it. Left location for a much nicer hotel a bit away.

Clean rooms Great service. Housekeeping on the 6th floor is amazing!. No microwave would be the only issue I had.
