Jackie and Lily were very nice and did a more than adequate job cleaning my house. However, I was told the first cleaning would be a "deep cleaning" which it definitely was not. I am not unhappy with the job performed, but I do object to paying $678.91 for 4-1/2 hours of basic house cleaning. Given the uniqueness of my house (4 levels, 2 spiral staircases) I was surprised they were done in such a short time. In addition, I believe they need more powerful vacuum cleaners as I had to go over several areas which I didn't notice until after the ladies had left. I would like to use them again but not at the prices you quoted. I expected a great deal more for what I was charged. I don't blame the ladies, however I believe Sasha oversold your services. I called Merry Maids because Ive used them in another state. I moved into this condo in September, and it was gross. Id started to do the deep cleaning, but couldnt get the results I wanted. The Merry Maids tram came in, and now I can barely recognize the place! They were able to get rid of the soap scum in the bathtub. They got the stove cleanI thought it was permanently stained! Im delighted. Its a small place, but Im having them come back once a month because I feel so much better here having it so clean! Thank you, Merry Maids! Service: Deep clean
