Received a letter from this company and thought it was a scam. Contacted Erie insurance and they confirmed it was legit. Ive been trying to get in contact with someone for two days now. First I called the number that was on their letter, it was about 4:55p EST, you couldnt even understand their voicemail prompt. I then googled the company and called the number that provided, it said they were open until 6p, but quickly realized they are definitely not. Contacted erie again who put in a request for documents to be sent to me, and here I sit and wait. I call again with their inaudible voicemail prompt and again request the supporting documents for the ridiculous and fraudulent amount theyre trying to collect. This place sucks and I can tell you one thing, Id rather see a day in court than pay this unprofessional company a dime!

They tried scamming me after I accidentally damaged someones car and they used there insurance to pay . They tried saying I owe them 3000$ but when I call The actual insurance company he went through they say I dont owe anything these people are scammers and trying to take your money

Yall been calling my phone for months if not years looking for ANTHONY LEWIS idk that man never even heard the name til yall left a million messages about him getting in touch with yall. STOP CALLING MY DAMN PHONE! I told yall several times and now its HARASSMENT!! Idk him or yall.. leave me tf alone. Thanks.
