My name is Olga King an agent from your company called me 2weeks ago she gave me the details for the meeting the time and date she never showed up didn't have the decency to call me that she was going to be late or cancel I called her number to no avail no one in the office knew nothing I contacted them a few times they put me on hold then the phone on the other end went dead when I got home she left me a voicemail the appointment should have been at 10am the message on my home phone was11:30am I called her office to speak with her manager Jason Prew conveniently he was not available to talk to me

I had an amazing experience with Janice Murdock. She explained everything in detail. Answered every question I had and didn't mind if I asked the same question twice she explained it again with such patience. An admirable trait you don't find today. Janice was and is friendly and informative. I honestly believe she is looking out for my best interest. Congratulations Bankers for having an exceptional Agent!
