Excellent service! The front office staff was courteous and very helpful. When we had deeper technical questions we were actually transferred to an engineer! Atlantic ultraviolet invented this technology and they know it well. Our well has coliform bacteria. We bought the Minipure-6 for wintering over in our Airstream trailer as we homestead and build a house in Montana. We now have safe water and their engineers also gave us good advice on setting it up and also taking care of the high mineral content in our well water to preserve good performance of the minipure-6.

Bought for the first time from them in December of 2020 and then just last month. It was easy to find what I needed on their website and they had the parts in stock. I received my order within 7 days and am very pleased to work with this company.

Bought the Bio-Logic UV Water Purifier to replace a unit made by another manufacturer. This Atlantic system is far superior in design and construction to others that I considered. The UV light system uses quartz glass instead of plastic tubing. Access to parts that need periodic changing (filters, UV bulb) is much easier than on my old system. Clear and precise instructions are available on-line. The stainless-steel main body looks good in a minimalist way. All around, the build quality of the Bio-Logic system is top notch. And the filtered water tastes good. Having the UV light in these times is an added reassurance. Would definitely recommend this product.

I have been using this company since 2019 and WAS happy until I needed to make a return of 2 lamps which were unopened and in their original package. They charged me a "restocking fee" based on the percentage on the amount of my total purchase. So this means that their "restocking" fee is on a sliding scale instead of an actual cost amount of how difficult it is for them to put a product back on their shelf. The total I had to pay was $43.70 PLUS shipping the total came to $57.80 for ONE return during the total time I have used this vendor. So, please keep in mind that their return processing is very sketchy and unfairly gouges their clients. Updated Review 8/15/2021: First things, first. Your message automatically went in my SPAM folder, which is why I did not see initially see it. So this may be at odds with the negative narrative that you choose to tell yourself about one of your past loyal customers since 2019. Second: No I was *not wrong* on the pricing. The invoice I am referring to is #322417 dated 6/18/2021. I was billed 183.38 and credited $139.66 PLUS I had to pay return shipping charges ($14.10). So I hope this clarifies where I have gotten my numbers... from the invoice. Third: I am not disputing that you may have "processing fees" as you have explained your process of: "unpack and discard the shipping cartons; Take item returned and put through a testing process – write a report so a credit or refund can be made; put item back in stock; update inventory; issue a credit memo and refund monies." I do have a question regarding "testing each item returned" -- My return was NEVER opened, in and in the original packaging that your company shipped out. Why would you need to "test?" And Yes, I was very surprised to learn that your company is "losing money" in covering refunds based on the 15%-25% of sale "restocking fees" --how could money be lost on charging your customers this? Maybe it money is lost on the lengthily & time consuming return process? Or maybe money is lost on your Customer Service department? After all what value is being added here? -- making your customers so sad and disappointed because they returned something ONCE during their three year relationships with Atlantic Ultra Violet? -- trying to justify an unfair return policy? Conclusion: The focus is that you are charging your customers different amounts for the same FIXED process. In my initial review I was highlighting what I thought of your refund policy and that it places an unfair, undue cost burden on your customers. My review, which I thought was clear, specifically points to this unusual policy of charging different "FEES" (15% to 25%) based on the AMOUNT the customer SPENDS. Initially on the phone with your company I was initially told the "restocking fee" would be 25% but then I was "only" charged 15% after I questioned this "policy." Also please note that your "fees" are not documented or communicated in the "return RGA authorization" email that I received OR is it mentioned on the initial purchase invoice. And yes Charles, I also encourage you "to contact us via phone or email to discuss this issue if our email explanation is still unclear or you have any questions or concerns." this works both ways ... right? We needed a UV lamp and quartz sleeve for our sanitron UV light filter. We did a search on ultraviolet.com website and 2 kits showed up. The kits had identical images, name, description, etc. Once we tried to order, it would not allow us. After several searches and order attempts, the order was finally allowed to proceed. A little over a week later, the kit showed up and the items were about half the size of the ones we needed. We called and talked to Ms. Marcie Roberti and she assured us that it was our fault that we ordered the wrong item. Also, we needed to pay for shipping both ways, $15 to send us the wrong item and $18 to ship it back (they insisted on having it insured). So it cost us $33 in shipping costs for an item costing $112. And all of it because of their poorly designed webpage. Also, we found out that they have two websites. One for looking up products but another website to place the order. Way to go Atlantic Ultraviolet, punish your customers for your poorly designed websites. Never again.
