        Jason was super helpful. My husband went to PC Richards looking for a mattress and we had no idea what we were looking for. Late in the evening after a holiday weekend, Jason had so much patience walking us through each mattress till we found the perfect one!

        When I arrived to check on my curbside pick they were not aware. When asking for what I purchased they said they were ALL assembled. I could not fut it in my vehicle. When asking for another tool to assist with removing a cover, I was informed that don't have any other tools. This completel transaction was not pleasing. I was rushed out and feel that I could have had ush better treatment. When asking why was my order not ready, and why I wasn't notified, I didn't get a good answer.
