Frauds. Dont go there. I received a free hydrafacial and theyre trying to claim I opened a contract loan for $5800 for services Im not even receiving. They asked me to go back there for my refund because they charged my card $232. I get there, the person, Jason, Im supposed to meet with conveniently left for the day and Chelsea who told me over the phone that they were refunding me, conveniently, all within the matter of a weekend, is no longer is employed there. A doctor doesnt even work there. They took my card info to book the appointment and its all downhill from there. Ive submitted police report, contacted attorney general, district attorney, BBB, NYS Consumer Affairs and so on if it happened to you Id recommend you do the same.

I regret not doing my research before going to Timeless Body. I was tempted to come in by a sponsored Facebook ad, but I learned the hard way not to trust those. Their supposedly free service turned out to be a high-pressure sales approach, with prices even higher than those in Manhattan. Marta Rafalko, who performed my procedure, was arrested at the end of 2019 for a string of armed robberies across Long Island. The owner, Jason Sichel, NOT A DOCTOR, was arrested for DWI in February 2021. I can only release that arrest as it is public. Jasons other arrests did not make it to the media lucky for him. He is a professional scam artist. During our meeting, he seemed under the influence, exhibiting constant twitching. Fortunately, I have connections in law enforcement to take action against this business. Those payment plans he tells you about is a LOAN. He won't disclose this until you discover it yourself. The employees have been accused of being involved in criminal activities and are allegedly soliciting favorable reviews in exchange for good service. It's advised to take note of the one-star reviews, as the five-star ratings are allegedly from employees, friends, family, or artificially inflated by false claims of offering the "best price." The prices are claimed to be exorbitant and significantly higher than elsewhere. I personally found another establishment offering the same service for over $500 less. Please do not fall for this alleged scheme. The business should feel ashamed of their conduct. Their promise of a lifelong guarantee, especially considering the business has only been operational for a few months. I strongly recommend avoiding at all costs and seeking services elsewhere.

Came in for a consultation with Endermologist Jason. He was amazing and very helpful when choosing which treatments that were good for me. I received a wonderful hydrafacial today and will be returning for my hair and laser treatments! Timeless Body is the best!!
