First of all Katherine is a sweetheart. I was not in the best financial position and she worked with me to get the house I could afford and met all of my wants and needs, amazing! The house had open an permit Katherine went to the town got the plans found an expeditor scheduled the town to come to the house for the inspection and got the seller's attorney to release escrow funds for the repairs long after the closing. She is truly one of the best in the business!
