RCG mortgage was an excellent company to work for, we hit a hiccup with our previous mortgage company and it put us at risk to lose the house we were trying to buy. RCG mortgage came in and helped address our issues immediately and the entire process was very quick. Everyone involve was extremely helpful, and very timely, especially Matt. Matt was our loan officer who regularly gave us updates so we were never in the dark about where we were in the process. He was excellent with answering all our questions and you can genuinely tell he cared about us as customers and as individuals who were trying to purchase a home in a very competitive market. Overall the process with RCG was excellent from start to finish, and we would highly recommend!
