Positive Promotions

Positive Promotions is one of the worst and mismanage places to work for. Do not come here to work if your looking for something long term. The HR department is one of the worst HR I've ever worked for they don't care about the workers or know anything if you need help or have any problems there answer is usually it's not there problem . Everyone that works in the warehouse come in scared because they fire people without warning all the time. There no such thing as loyalty at this company.

I placed an order over the phone because I needed a last minute item. I had to give my credit card over the phone. Purchase went through. However, later that night I received a call from my credit card company saying there was a purchase to rainbow hibachi though grub hub they believed was fraudulent. It was not my purchase and the person who I placed the order with was the only time used my credit card that day and the week prior. PROCEED WITH CAUTION WITH OVER THE PHONE ORDERS!!!

I placed place an order a month ago and just had to cancel it because I would not have it on time for the need. The problem is, last week I called and was told it was out of stock but would be shipped the very next day and I would receive it today. Today I checked on line and was told to call in. It is still out of stock, but "I should receive it by Friday". Three times I asked to speak to a supervisor, but was not allowed to. I emailed the company with my concernes and complaints and they just said "sorry for the delay". Lousy customer service...

Although ordering the products was easy, we were guaranteed a delivery day, and here we are 4 business days later and we still have not received the package. The items are no longer needed because the event has passed and all they are able to tell me is that "We're sorry, but there is nothing you can do. We promise your next order will be there on time." Then I had to wait on hold to talk to a supervisor for almost an hour, and still never got a chance to talk to one. They didn't even offer any discount or refund for shipping. Now I have almost $700 in personalized merchandise that might be delivered tomorrow for an event that happened yesterday. This is not good customer service. Do better and stop being nonchalant about people's money.

Good evening, I can't speak of the present for I haven't ordered from Positive Promotions in years... The service was always excellent back then and I used to order Mother's Day gifts, Father's Day gifts and gifts of Appreciation yearly... It could be there are new customer service employees of a different generation... I'll find out because I will be ordering on Monday or Tuesday (if Monday is closed)... The only other thing after all these years later, is that the shipping still isn't free after a certain amount spent... That would be a great incentive as well.
