Where do I begin. My husband and I started the house buying process out of nowhere in April by going to a few open houses and just seeing what was out there. Jeff sold my sister and brother in law their house, so they came highly recommended by them. We started our journey with them shortly after with Michele doing our lending and Jeff showing us the houses. Our experience with them was amazing. They were so knowledgeable and kept us informed of every step, every task, every change in the market, and we're there for us for every disappointment, every joy and every up or down we faced. They are very empathetic, and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience. Jeff went above and beyond with helping us move out appliances and fixing things the day of our final walk through, to being brutally honest when he said this house isn't for you, to negotiating deals and really pushing for us, to dealing with my always changing emotions and being nervous, and scared and excited all at once. Michele was always willing to answer questions anytime of the day, and kept us informed of any changes to the market rates and made sure we had all of our information ahead of time and made the transition from shopper to purchaser very smooth. They are both so sweet and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a smooth transition with smiling faces. They are now friends for life.
