BY FAR THE WORST REAL ESTATE AGENT IN LONG ISLAND HAD US ALL MOVE OUT OF OUR HOME SAYING THAT THE HOUSE WAS SOLD AND NOW THE BUYER HAS A BOUNCED CHECK SHE HAS NO IDEA WHAT SHE IS DOING BEWARE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and AS TO YOUR MESSAGE BACK YOU TOOK ON THE OTHER BUYER AS A CLIENT WHICH EVERYONE INFORMED ME IS NOT THE RIGHT WAY ANY REALTOR WOULD HAVE DONE THIS Now to come and tell me about me living in my parents home is not one bit of your business you are unprofessional and anyone seeing your reply would see that we have all the paperwork we need good bye

As a first time home buyer I can say Livia was a super- hero. Made sure we understood the whole process and what to expect, was attentive and responsive, and was always available for questions- even during late hours! She made my experience so easy (easier than I expected considering I had never bought before!)
