Four months ago, when I found Friedman Law, I was almost totally out of my mind with worry about missed mortgage pmts. I was considering several options but, there was so much information out there that it all became just a bunch of jumbled words and was quite confusing. Thankfully, paralegal Sandra Petchonka was assigned my case and within no time at all, I felt calmer and hopeful about my situation. Sandra was reassuring and felt sure that I would have a positive outcome, and right she was! The modification was approved today and I'm starting to feel a sense of peace and security. Thank you so very much Sandra, your professionalism and sincere concern has made all the difference for this family!

We dealt with my law firms that stated they want to help us save our home, bull crack. The last law firm we went through, ThemisLaw is one that I would never want to deal with again.
We were dragged along with ThemisLaw. We were doubtful and had concerns with dealing with another firm that said they could help save our home.
Joseph the lawyer, Cassidy and Sandy paralegals from Friedman Law Associates, were amazing. They stuck with us from September 2021 to when we got approved for our loan modification which was 04/18/2022. PennyMac isnt a easy mortgage company and want to get on track to move on.
I pray when my husband and I are able to refi, we would want the law firm on our side.

My wife and I had gotten behind on our mortgage and were probably heading for foreclosure. I was contacted by Friedman Law Associates asking if we needed help with a modification of our loan. If you know my wife she does not trust anyone. She changed her mind with law firm they cared about our situation they worked with us. They did everything for us we just gave what they requested and they took over. We have never experienced anything like this before they have wonderful customer service. Without them we would have probably lost our home but thanks to the hard work they saved it for us. We can not express what professionalism they showed us and treated us wonderful. Thank you again Friedman Law Associates. God bless
