        I feel like the school is teaching the student to pass the school exam but not NYS exam. I have passed the school exam twice without a problem, but have not once passed the state exam. There is no reason for people to have to pay over and over trying pass the state, if we are taught with the state exam questionaire in mind. And enough with all the extra selling of tuioring and your own books to make extra money.

        Bill and Andy are great Appraiser Instructors. I am now a Certified Residential Appraiser in NYS and a lot of the credit is because of them. KUDOS- If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!
