Exclusive Soccer training is a great training company. The will meet the needs of any player at any skill level. The trainers all follow the same training values so no matter whos training your child you know they are in good hands. Coach Olando has done wonders for my children. Truly lucky to have such an amazing influence for young soccer players. Olando and the EST family teach technique, agility and strength while developing young players to the max potential. Finding the right place for your child to play any sport is the first and easiest step. The second step is making sure the members on the team are a good match for your child. This step isnt as easy if you arent familiar with skill level involved in the sport. You want to be sure your child is playing with others who are better and some who are not as good. This allows your child to learn and grow while at the same time continue to build confidence. The third and hardest step is trusting the trainers, coaches, and organization you join as a whole. We are so fortunate to have been introduced to EST because they made this step as well as the proceeding two steps quick, simple, and seamless. EST is an organization that practices what they preach. They are experts in the field of soccer. From large groups training to small group sessions, every moment spent with EST is time well spent. They truly have the best interests of each player in mind. Decisions are made week to week and parents are given choices that allow us to provide our child with opportunities that will help them excel. And last, but not least, EST has mastered the craft of coaching! Coaches are teachers and teaching is a work of art. Teachers know when to compliment and when to redirect. Teachers know when to offer support and when to pull it back. The training EST has provided my daughter since the summer of 2021 has proven to be nothing short of magical. Her skill level has improved beyond my expectations, her confidence is boosted and the love she has for the sport is increasing by the day because of these impacts. Joining EST is by far the best decision Ive made as a parent of an athlete. Thank you EST for all youve done for our daughter and for the sport of soccer!
