Filling pot holes during commuter times is wrong. There were no warnings saying this was going on. Over head signs said nothing.

Trying for months to get an answer about a light malfunction on 25A in syosset, but I just keep getting the run around. Will try again and post updates. I had tried several times in past 3 months to get an answer but got the run around, didn't keep exact notes of dates. 2/16/2023: told by Elliot that I need to speak to Andrew Moraska. Got his machine and I left a message to call me. 2/17/23: Again Elliot transferred me to Andrew Moraska. Again machine and never called me from previous message. 2/23/23: Tried again and was transferred to answering machine 3/10/23: Spoke to Esther who was very nice. She had Andrew call me within minutes. We discussed about the light and he explained some changes were made at that intersection. He gave me the address at D.O.T. to write to have it changed back to how it was originally. I will do that. All I ever wanted was to discuss and get an explanation. It was frustrating that it took so long for that, but I am satisfied. I thank Esther for resolving a frustrating situation dealing with bureaucracy.
