Be careful of chris, the owner of this company, He is very deceitful and takes advantage of customers who are naive to the tax system, I came to him as an LLC which was perfect for my class of business, and he talked me into converting my LLC to s-corp, as if that was not enough he further went ahead and sold me into opening a PC and also making it a scorp and all of these were not necessary as a single member company but because he is very money hungry, he charged me exorbitant prices for all of these conversion, over $3,000. He keeps roping you in, he never stops and sends you text messages very late at night at inappropraite times. I have filled a complaint with the IRS against him and will report him to consumer beureau After my taxes were done by a professional in 2022, Chris came to me pleading to see what was done by the previous accountant, HOW I wished I had not listened to him, he charged me $500 to amend my taxes and claimed there were many errors on it, my husband was very suspicious of him and would not let him do his taxes, fast forward a few months after, IRS came knocking on my door and said based on my amendments I have to pay back a couple of thousand of dollars. I went back to him and he lied and said it wasn't his fault and that it was the fault of the previous accountant, Now I went to a neutral accountant and paid for them to go through both what was done by Chris and the previous accountant and both neutral accountants all said that the amendement was unecessary and that was what resulted to the audit and pay back, They also said it was wrong of him to keep opening different business titles for me since I already had an llc which was all I needed based on my profession and type of business, I went amicably to Chris and asked him to refund me for the amendments, that's the least he could do since I have to pay back irs over $4,000 for the mistakes he caused, he started raining abuses on me and told me to sign a non disclosure with his pocket thief lawyer that I would not leave a review and file a complaint with with irs and only then would he refund me $250, he lied that what I paid was $250 after i sent him proof of the zelle payment I made for $500 from my bank statement. Chris, you are a very dubious accountant and I will tell everyone who cares to listen who you are. All the money you took from me will purge you until you pay it back.
