Mark of Elegance Limousine Service

I was so happy that we used Mark of elegance for afamily wedding! We got one of their 56 passenger buses and it was so comfortable and clean. Michael was an extremely professional driver, he was so polite and we had a very smooth ride. He picked us up on time from the hotel and tokk us to the venue. The guests were so grateful and impressed by their rides to and from the hotel. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone!

We used Marc of elegance Limousine Company on our wedding day for bridal party transportation, as well as guest transportation. the office and the team was extremely professional and did great job. From our very first phone call to the wedding day, service was just beyond excellent and extraordinary. The drivers were professional kind and friendly to everyone.marc of Elegance Limousine helped us to make our special day run so smoothly and we couldn't be more appreciative!

Honestly we were very disappointed with this service. It is our only vendor from our wedding day we would not recommend to others. Our limo driver was demanding money (actually said $1,000 cash) in front of all of our guests which was embarrassing and unprofessional. He was also very late for each of the trips, dropped both bridal parties off and family in the wrong location, didn't know how to work the radio in the limo, and it all felt very uncoordinated. Because of this, we actually missed out on a lot of extra pictures that could have been taken.

I was very surprised with the quality of service because this company is so highly rated. Administration was very professional and friendly and an overall pleasure to work with, but Mark of Elegance really dropped the ball the day of my wedding. My driver backed into a pole, which shattered the windows on one side of the bus. My maid of honor taped up the windows so that we could use the bus and get to the venue on time; but the driver got lost 3 times trying to get to the venue- my maid of honor had to use her phone to direct him where to go. Since our bus was damaged, they sent a different bus with a different driver to pick up my groom and his groomsmen, and that driver got lost as well. This was all very confusing to me because when I booked with this company, they assured me they has serviced my venue many times before. Overall, we got to our venue an hour late, for which I had to pay my photographer and videographer an additional hour for services. Also, we missed our cocktail hour to take all the family photos we weren't able to take due to our late arrival. I do not recommend this company to anyone!
