        Not a good experience. Employees were rude and unhelpful. Several machines were out of service and ones available are impossible to win. People were vaping and blowing smoke into the air but no one is stopping them. Barely anyone on the game area to assist. No longer a safe and fun place. Kids were disappointed.

        I paid almost $50 to bowl 2 games; my lane broke down the whole time every 10 mins asked for a refund the manager said no refunds shed give me a bowling voucher to come back to bowl another day I bowled here once before and it was terrible as well so I forced to get a partial refund because shoes are non refundable, will never bowl here again.
