We had a great experience. Alex was efficient and very knowledgeable. He fixes our Bosch Dishwasher under an hour. He was upfront with the fees and what needed to be done.

The entire experience was great. Easy to make an appointment, polite, professional, quick, and well-informed - 2 days later Alex was at my home to fix my issue on my oven (which I had caused - do not YouTube fixes). Alex was professional, kind, patient, and resolved my issue. I will still need a follow-up for a secondary part (my oven is old), but could not be happier with the service.

HORRIBLE THIEVES- I ALREADY KNEW MY DISHWASHER NEEDED A CIRCULATION PUMP i needed it swapped out their "tech" came and charged $150 to just literally listen to the dishwasher. Didnt open it , didnt take it out , didnt inspect parts for clog, didnt swap out part. Literally just listened to the machine and then when i reported this and called they said "no refunds" and said "call another company pay them and then send us the proof of the bill for a refund" this company is trash ! ** THEN YOU REPLY WITH A LIE SAYING TECH SAID "NOT WORTH FIXING" WHICH IS A LIE ! YOU WANTED TO OVERCHARGE ME FOR PARTS AND LABOR ! IT WAS A SIMPLE CIRCULATION PUMP from whirlpool SWAP OUT ! Simple ! You are liars and thieves !
