Leaving this after your generic reponse.
I called you three or more times asking you to call me about different dental plans thats are offered and ones you accept. I asked for the owner no response. One of your employees was very rude and thats why i reached out to the owner which you failed to respond and handle the matter since I been a patient patient through your new start. You can reach out to me. Not happy the way you handled it.

This dentist would not see my child unless we did x-rays. I asked her to simply look at her teeth as there was nothing wrong meaning she had no complaints and for a general cleaning but we were rejected.
The rudeness and the unprofessionalism was shocking from the assistant behind the desk and the doctor herself.
In Italy for example, dentists almost never take x-rays unless it is very necessary. They can look at your teeth and they know if something is wrong, no need for an x-ray. Here, specifically this office, refused to see my child because we did not want the x-rays.
That is disgusting.
What a dentist.
And yes, I am very sure 101%, although this happened a while ago, it happened, I never forgot that day. We were treated like if we were the scum of the Earth, and nonetheless, we were extremely polite and kind, you literally refused to see us.
Shame on you!

I had to change my dentist due to an insurance change and ended up here.
I had an amazing experience with Dr.Zaffer.
My dental issue wasnt completely fixed during my first visit but she didnt give up until I was totally satisfied.
Definitely recommend 5+ stars for her professionalism.

Bethpage Smiles is not going to make anyone smile. I had a horrible experience at this clinic. They do not have any work ethics or commitment to the clients. Their only intention is to bill the insurance by whatever claims they can make. Their staff submitted incorrect claims and is making me responsible for all the incorrect billings. I was in severe pain after a tooth filling. I notified Dr. Krupa Shah and she said the pain might be due to tooth grinding and nothing is wrong with the fillings. Few days later, I went there again due to intense pain. However, they did not even give me any pain medication and stated there is nothing wrong with the filling and my teeth. The same day, I ended up at Huntington Hospital's emergency room due to the pain. My insurance later notified me that Bethpage Smiles also billed the insurance company for an emergency visit! After the Huntington Hopitals ER visit, I was on strong pain medication for several weeks for tooth pain and headache and was on a liquid diet. I would not recommend this place to my friends or family.
