The customer service alone completely turned me off from purchasing anything from this company very nasty and very rude and as per Observation of the reviews, I can see that Im not the only one that feels this way. I received over four different quotes over the phone, that was my red flag so I decided to walk into the establishment To be quoted to additional different quotes and to also be informed as of last week the prices is now 50% higher. He gave the attitude as if he was doing me a favor so I nicely went on to another establishment paid my money with much better customer service and now Im happy. I will pay more for better customer service if need be

Went looking for some glass to add to picture frames and voila, the staff was really helpful and they cut the glass to my required size in 15 minutes. Wonderful service.

Probably the worst service I've ever had.  Told the woman on the phone I wanted someone to help think of ways to enhance my large mirror.  This guy came in my house... I knew he had bad energy the minute he stepped in.  Only talked about how much he hated his wife, didn't help at all, and still charged me $98!  That was "with tax" (original quote $90).  Tax for what?!  What product am I being taxed for?!  Absolute thieves.
