Slomin's - Home Heating Oil & Air Conditioning

I will never use Slomins again. Their phone system is automated when you have an appointment, you cant get someone on the phone. They make you wait at home with now updates for 12 hours hoping the tech will call with an ETA. They leave you in the dark. When you finally get someone on the phone you end up in the Philippines where they dont have a clue. The savings in labor costs is not worth the loss of business due to poor customer service. Its an epidemic here look at all of the reviews.

I had a Petro oil company before I never had a issue but after I changed the company call Salomons its nasty customer service and charge me for service. over I paid my bills but they dont deliver oil now my heating and water service not working now they said not oil in the tank in order to work in my system they want charge me $216 plus what ever oil they dropped it its not right think they robbed me crazy I never going this company again sorry to said that

ABSOLUTE THIEVES --- STAY AWAY....... As soon as your lock is up they run and stuff you with inflated priced heating oil .. Also the service on your burner will never happen. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ive been a customer since March 2021I never called them until this past August of 2023. Had a relief valve leaking all the time. This is the first time I used my contract.. They came and replaced the valve. Then I get a bill for $390 for replacing said valve which it costs only $14.95 at Home Depot.. they said that the valve was not covered under my contract. But in my contract they called it a different name which is the one and only relief valve on the entire system Ive called over 5 times and a person on the phone always cannot help me. They proceeded to tell me that someone will call me back. Ive never heard a callback from anyone just a bill stating that I owe this $390. Every month when I get a email from them.but no one has called me back.my contract was ending on 3/17/2024 for the year. I called them on 3/15/2024 to tell the man (RENO) that I was not going to be using them anymore.. Have found a different company to take my business too.. Then 4 days later a get another bill in the mail saying that I owe an additional $499 for canceling my contract.I did not cancel I changed companies.that is why I called them to let them know that Sunday was my last day of service Well I called them again and they said someone would call me back GUESS WHAT (NO ONE CALLED ME BACK AGAIN).they are just a Scam company.. Im not giving them one dime.
