Urban Grind Coffee

I recently had an unfortunate experience with www.urbangrindcoffeebiz.com and its owner, John D'Agostino. I was lured in by the promise of coffee vending machines placed in pre-existing, high-traffic locations and great brands of coffees (see his website). However, after purchasing, I found that all the promises he made on the phone and even in the contract, were all a lie. These locations were non-existent. He does not have any team helping to place the machines. You will be left up to do it at your own expense and cost.Furthermore, I was led to believe that the coffee in the machines could be from popular brands like Dunkin' Donuts, Starbucks, and Seattle's Best. This turned out to be false advertising. The only available option is instant powder coffee, and many of the aforementioned brands don't offer this type of product.The most disheartening part of this ordeal was the complete lack of communication post-purchase. When I tried to inquire about the promised machine locations, I was met with silence.I urge anyone considering doing business with Urban Grind Coffee and John D'Agostino to exercise caution. It's essential to do thorough research and be wary of deals that sound too good to be true.They are a scam and none of the reviews are true.The "customer references" he gives up is people who already work with him and pretend they are clients.They are a total scam. You will lose your money!!

Urban grind coffee is a vending machine reseller. All these reviews stating they have good food??? They stole 6k dollars from me and gave me a crap machine and no location to place it.

Sweet little coffee shop right next to the train station - has plenty of drink options and a handful of pastries including a bacon egg and cheese. Outdoor seating in warm weather!

Excellent coffee and service! The baristas are always super accommodating. I love the different options they offer! So far my favorites have been the nutella latte and the ferrero latte. If your in the area and looking for good coffee this is the place for you.
