        Moda apartments is truly a upgrade. The maintenance and building cleanliness is immaculate. The amenities are very useful. The staff is very pleasant. This is a peaceful place to live.

        Such a strange place. I signed up for an online tour, and was getting text messages EVERY DAY reminding me . About 15 minutes before my appointment, I receive a text message that they are no longer accepting applications due to limited availability If the building is run the same way as their leasing office, i would feel terrible for current and future renters

        The building is poorly maintained. Many of the appliances in the apartments are broken and not replaced by the building. The elevators floors are often soaked in dog feces and urine and are rarely cleaned. The internet service to building is poor goes offline almost daily for an hour at a time. The laundry room is too expensive and doesnt have enough machines for all the tenants who live here. To make matters worse, the tenants who live in the building are classless and aggressive. Almost daily the police need to be called. Finally, the building doesnt provide automatic doors for the many disabled people who live in the building. If they are alone and the doorman is not present they have to wait outside in the cold. AVOID RENTING here.
