Just left the store after I spoke with the rudest person ever in business with manager tag on his uniform. I ask only a simple question; Can I replace my dead battery ? And he start ; Who told you we replace battery this is store so you see any shop here and after I explain a friend of mine changed here he continues that because of rain we dont do it in very unprofessional way that forced me to leave with worst opinion for Autozone. This story happen today 04/03/24 at 1.25 pm.

The manager with the glasses on March 29 at 350 pm had to be one of the most rude people I've dealt with. I had a question about using a screwgun to connect the bolts to remove a mounting bolt and he had the gall to say I can't give you that answer and that I have to use my best jduegement. He was very condescending and very unhelpful. This is my first time doing this and there was no empathy shown. Shame on you manager or assistant manager.

Great for when you are in a pinch. Staff is hit or miss at this location but I've had great experience with some at others so like I said, hit or miss. Your best off going in knowing what you need but if you don't just make sure u know the make/model/year of the car and they should be able to help you. I would give them 5 starts for their prices and service alone but my only gripe is the windshield wipers are simply ridiculously overpriced. The cheapest pair I could get (one 22 and one 24 inch blade) were 70 DOLLARS BEFORE TAX! Is it just me or is that ridiculous when Amazon or ebay auto has them for 20 bucks. That's the only thing that's drives me crazy. Anything else is just slightly marked up for convenience and you can even find a decent sale here and there.
