K&E collision is remarkable. The work they performed and the level of detail to ensure all damages were repaired and matched was astonishing. The day it was presented to me, I was not surprised because I did my due diligence in researching the right repair shop for my German beauty. I was flabbergasted by how intricate they were with the assignment. I'm the vehicle's second owner, and it looks better than when I brought it off the dealership. Apart from the work, their customer service is impeccable. I spoke to everyone, including the owner, not because I had a concern to address. It was because they wanted to ensure I received the utmost quality of work. I was not the only person they did that with. There were two occasions I had to work in their office, and I saw it done with other customers. You want state-of-the-art work done and have your concerns met. This establishment beats any other repair shop I've been to when it comes to updating you on your vehicle and where they are in the repairs. They also assisted in putting me in a rental. Lastly, their merchandise are amazing additions. I was excited about it.
