    EDIT UPDATE: As stated, you did not provide the secured and locked experience requested period. You didn't go over and beyond to provide any kind of customer service. There is an expectation that the platform Bounce requires and that you have on your site that you will provide. You failed and made me and my traveling party go through too much when you simply should have had your business open to the posted hours on Bounce. No customer should have to call and text from different numbers to a business that closed even with posted open hours. No customer should have had to communicate with you like we're friends, when this was a business transaction. You failed period and no one should ever use your services. There was no happy sentiment. We were just tired of communicating with you and worried about the safety and security of our luggage. If we could have had someone else pick it up during those 6 days, we would have gladly done so. Not sure who paid $15, but we paid more. Follow the guidelines of Bounce in the future and you will have better reviews. I would give 0 stars if possible. I have no experience with the beauty bar aspect, but her side hustle as a locker storage for JFK, horrible customer service, absolutely no professionalism and my luggage sat at the reception desk for 6 days (wasn't even secure and she lied on the phone when I had to call her because she closed her location even though her posted hours said otherwise and told me that I would get the full secured and locked experience and I didn't) and does not adhere to the posted hours on the Bounce app. Blocking customers from trying to reach your closed store during posted open hours so they can grab their luggage is the most disrespectful and unprofessional service ever. Please do not use this location to store your luggage. The only positive was one of the owner's staff was very pleasant.

Initially, I wasn't inclined to respond to your review, given that it's understood not everyone will have a positive experience in any business. However, your choice to leave a review on Google as opposed to the Bounce App is very fascinating. Referring to my operation as a "side hustle" and then extending this critique to my beauty bar's platform, compels me to address your comments.You reserved a $15 storage for a small suitcase from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm from 3/30-4/3. On the scheduled drop-off day, I coordinated with a salon staff member to collect your luggage and check-in pin. During our phone conversation, you asked about picking up your luggage between 7:30 and 9:30 pm on April 3, to which I confirmed the flexibility in pick-up times, emphasizing the urgency typically associated with post-pickup flight catch-ups, a point I specifically reiterated to you. When you requested email confirmation, I directed you to contact Bounce directly as they manage the booking details, explaining that your luggage would be securely tagged and stored in the designated room.Your allegations of my business closing to prevent your luggage pick-up are unfounded and perplexing. Such actions would not only be detrimental to my partnership with Bounce but could also be misconstrued as theft--a serious accusation. Moreover, the claim that your luggage was improperly stored at the reception desk is inaccurate. We prepared your luggage for front-desk pick-up to expedite your service. Given your expressed urgency!! If the location and security of your luggage were paramount, we could have easily demonstrated its storage through a staff member or even utilized Bounce's capabilities to share visual confirmation. It's disheartening to see a stark contrast between the gratitude you expressed in our private conversations and the sentiments shared in your public review. This discrepancy is puzzling and disappointing, especially considering the effort to meet your needs and ensure a positive experience.Your decision to criticize my secondary business on the main business platform over a Storage service for which you paid $15 seems misguided.
