Bought a new cabinet and had it set for delivery next day but it never came. When I tried to contact them they hung up on me. Finally I had to go into the store and ask them they scheduled for a delivery the week after. When they came into my house to install it they scratched up my wooden floors moving it in and chipped the cabinet refused to fix anything and gave me attitude. Took them TWO WEEKS to deliver a simple cabinet. Horrible service would never get anything from this store. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.

This has to be the worst place to buy anything on earth. I ordered several appliances for my kitchen and bath and they never arrived. I repeatedly schedule pickups and deliveries. When I arrive for pickups the man tells me to order for delivery. When I order for delivery he tells me to pick up instead because he is very busy. WELL I AM VERY BUSY TOO. Took a whole month to get a simple set of cabinets. Worst business. Will not to business with again. Plays loud music while working and everyone who works there has a rude attitude no matter. You would think theyre paying you!

Great customer service!! I bought a cherry kitchen cabinet, counter top and a faucet from this place and everything turns out great. My kitchen looks awesome & expensive not like the cheap quality from Flushing. I get compliments every time someone comes over to visit. Not to mention the process was smooth and easy. The owner does everything himself so he goes the extra miles to make sure I was pleased.I recommend K's Kitchen and Bath to everyone!
