Radiant IPTV

DO NOT purchase any services from Radiant IPTV. They are SCAMMERS. I made payment of $200 on the December 28th 2023 for annual TV subscription and I still have not received my setup box which I suppose to get with in three to five days. Every time I called them, they assured me the shipment will be mailed next week and it has been going on for almost three months now but still no box. I have asked for refunds but they refuse to give me my money back. This is ridiculous

Lied, money ($200 + $160 US$)taken for 18 months No Service until end of March 2024. During march not pick up phones. Everyone working Radient are. Be careful!

This is a very simple way to get your money back. If you do not receive service after paying with a credit card/bank card, call the company (bank/credit card company) and dispute the transaction.

RADIANT CUSTOMER FOR YEARS, IT IS VERY DISAPPOINTING TO WRITE A REVIEW DESCRIBING A RECEENT FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE. IAM UNABLE TO WATCH TV SINCE NOVEMBER 2023. I HAVE BEEN CHARGED US$160.00 FOR EXTRA YEARS OF SUBTRACTIONS UNTIL JULY 2025. I HAVE REACHED OUT M/S.JAASIM, ASLAM K, TOWHID, NADEEM, SOHEL, SANTO, SHAKIL, ALAMIN LAST 119 DAYS SAYING WITHIN 10 DAYS I WILL RECEIVE BOX, ITS NEVER TRUE UNTIL TODAY. I DID NOT FIND ANY HONEST REPLY FROM RADIENT, EVEN MR.SIFUL ISLAM MANAGING DIRECTOR AND RODHRU MANAGER NO ONE REPLY MY EMAILS.

Nastiest and Poorest customer service ever. They kept calling over and over for a renewal with of my subscriptionwge i still had 4 months left. I kept saying no, because the subscription sucked as i was not able to watch anything. The days i did not answer the same call, they kept unplugging my service, then I had to call them and every time they said it was a mistake and repeat the request to renew when i have months of service left. When I gave in and renewed my subscription they delayed giving my box and when I got the box 1 month later, it was defective. And they are refusing to give me a refund and are using foul language and absolutely rude. Don't trust them or buy anything from them. Please raise your voice if you were cheated by them. Then maybe we can all get our money back.
