Would give zero stars if I could. Rushed over from work to get my laptop fixed. Lady on the phone did not tell me the tech wouldn't be there till 2 after I get in at 12, both people looked confused as if I wasn't talking to the same exact lady on the phone. Waste of my time.

I hope I could stop myself from telling him, "This place is a scam place." They will replace your original device with all bogus Chinese parts, so please don't try to fix anything here. They replaced my original battery and other components after I gave them my iPad so they could merely fix the cracked screen. It is very unfortunate to mention that this Bangladeshi company employed unskilled people to fix all the electronic devices when my screen and iPad died the following day.

I had a terrible experience at this phone repair store. Firstly, their customer service was atrocious. The employees were rude and unhelpful, making me feel like I was bothering them with my phone issue. Secondly, the repair itself was a disaster. They promised to fix my phone within a day, but it took them a week to even diagnose the problem. When I finally got my phone back, it was in worse condition than before. The screen was cracked, and some of the buttons didn't work properly. To top it off, their prices were exorbitant. I ended up paying a small fortune for a botched repair job. I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this place and find a more reputable phone repair shop.
