The level of customer service regarding the care of children is in the sewer. I contacted this venue for service, they purposely turn up the accent but moving on I was made to submit all my and my son information. I was never followed up with, this was a red flag. Still wanting to have options for my child I follow up, this awful woman answers the business line like a home phone. HELLO, so I introduce myself and remind her of the correspondence. This lazy, low level professional told me to find other care LOL!! She don't want no more kids. I feel bad for the kids currently enrolled, it's this transactional behavior I detest when we taking about children. These folks want to be paid and the child is last. Warning about this business. Let me start off by saying staff was great with my child she was fed, changed and always happy every time I dropped her off. One day I picked her up and was not notified about an incident that occurred. One of the staff members named Petra decided to pick her up out the crib and the ceiling fan busted her in her head bruising and cutting her very badly. We get it they are children and things do happen so I shouldve been notified as soon as it occcured but I wasnt. Instead When I arrived they handed me a false report but from the injuries sustained I knew that it was something else by looking at her. They finally showed me a video and told me what really happened after about 1hr and a half while my baby was in the ER. Do they take care of your children ? YES thats not a doubt but lying to the extreme is very strange when a childs health is involved.

They are just Awesome. They are patient with each child and make sure that their needs are well taken cared of. They also accommodate parents if needs be.

In February, 2018 I became the foster mother to two little boys. The youngest was 3 months. Working full time as a school district administrator I needed a reliable day care for the baby. I looked in my neighborhood in Bayside but no one was taking children under 1. I didnt want to have to return the children to the agency and then God led me to Lovin Hands Family Daycare. I went to visit the facility during my lunch hour and fell in love with the staff and location. Working in Valley Stream at the time made the location perfect. The baby started at the day care when he was 5 months and stayed until he left my home at 17 months. These women taught him how to walk, feed himself and gave him a love of the Baby Shark song. I have since moved out of the area and now work in Brooklyn but will never forget the love and caring they showed my little boy. He was spoiled rotten but he felt safe with Ms. Bev, Ms. Doreen, Freda, and Ms. Trish Ann. This daycare will always have a special place in my heart.
