My daughter had severe pain from a tooth that needed to be pulled. When I initially called I asked what my co-payment will be. When I got there the receptionist stated she couldn't get through to the insurance but it should just $100. Than the other receptionist started to put my chart together, when my daughter got into the chair I overheard the receptionists on the phone with their billing department stating I have to be charged additional $122.00 and they stated for X-rays. I already had my own X-rays, One from a hospital, two from her dentist. Than they proceeded to speak in their language and mock me. One of the receptionist was on speaker phone with a gentleman and he became hostile and told her to tell me I can go elsewhere after they already took my money. This is a form of harassment and fraud. I will be contacting the BBB about this matter. They are in a predominantly black and Latino area so I could imagine that they think they could take advantage. Also the doctor did advocate for them to give me back my money if I had my own X-rays they disregarded what he said. Eugene was also excellent.

When I tell you this dentist is amazing I was so impressed on how fast and what a great job he did on my daughters wisdom teeth, that I said I must become his patient and I do not regret it. Hes so impressive I had to get my whole family on board. Staff is great its a fantastic facility. Its nice and clean, its a must he becomes your dentist.
