Extremely unprofessional as it relates to respecting clients time.
I went there to get a filling done. I took my lunch period to go to my appointment as I was told within an hour it can be done. My appointment time was 1230. I was running late however I called and informed I would be late so I was told if its before 1245 Ill be fine. I reached at 12:34.
I was waiting until 12:50; I went up to the front desk personnel to find out if it will take a while more or not because I was taking my lunch and I needed to get back to work. I was told that I am next. So I waited until 1:20 to find out how much long because it ridiculous to have to wait so long from your appointment time when I was just 4 mins late.
If it was beyond their time then I would have had to reschedule my appointment time so how is it fair for a client to have to wait almost 45 mins to get their service?
This is ridiculous and no respect given to clients time.
Which could only mean that the previous client was late and they took out on my time.
I was using my lunch period of 1 hour and still reached within a the grace period.

Dr. Sumit is very friendly,kind and takes care of patients. He checked all of my teeth and gave me a good solution. He spent time for patients and very clean. Not only the doctor but also his assistant are very nice.

Dr. Sumit is a excellent dentist. He is very friendly and professional.
