      Nataly thank you for your feedback. We are always looking to improve. I believe you were very interested in retaining our services after having a thorough free phone consultation. But you wanted to come in person and have yet another consultation. We stated that it would be a pleasure to have you in our office to meet the staff and attorneys and to see our offices but instead you insisted on having another free consultation in person. Unfortunately, if we did that with every person we could not service our clients as our attorneys are in and out of court. We wish you the best of luck
