I asked La Magnifique Flowers & Gifts Inc to send a dozen red roses as a secret admirer and it was delivered successfully. The company informed me it would be delivered at 5PM and it was delivered at the time. The company also informed me if the person received it or not. They also sent me a confirmation image of what the flowers looked liked. I am happy with the service the company offered and will be a returning client in the future. Thank You.

I've Been ordering from here since 2021 this is my favorite place to order flowers for my family in NYC being I live in Canada. Absolutely stunning arrangements! The Florist always surpass all expectations with their exquisite selection of flowers and impeccable attention to detail. The Customer service is exceptional the staff are knowledgable they help me select the perfect arrangement each time! I highly recommend this florist for anyone looking to add luxury and elegance to their events. 5 stars without a doubt!

I never thought that I would give this florist a single star review because Ive ordered from them several times in the past. However this time was a different experience, I ordered ahead of time flowers for my mom for Valentines Day. The day of delivery, the florist did not deliver the flowers, they didnt answer my first few calls. They then said that it was delivrrrf through text which was a lie. I understand its a busy day however the response I received from them after finally getting them on the phone was unprofessional and unacceptable. The man on the other line said we didnt deliver it yet, we can send it out later but I declined because it was to my moms job who was already left. The man then says , what do you want us to do, we are busy today. Do you want a refund or a redelivery. That is not the response anyone wants when sending something special to a loved one that doesnt even make it to them. I am truly disappointed with this response and will not order back from here. $130 wasted!

I had the most amazing experience with this shop. They supplied such beautiful arrangements for my Uncles final services. Customer service was impeccable from start to finish. I highly recommend them for all your floral needs. Keep up the great work!!!
