      Thank you for the review, AminulAs you know, patients provide directives to the caregiver while they are in the home; the agency does not impose those tasks. If your patient requests tasks outside of the Plan Of Care provided by the Insurance company, we urge you to contact your Patient Service Coordinator so that they can investigate and have a conversation with the patient. As for wages, we pay what is New York State mandated.
