I have worked for them for six years. They call back to back non stop and never have any personal time for yourself. Especially holidays. All hrs of the morning and evening. NO also means NO when you can't help them

Just found out my mother spent the whole weekend alone. She cant cook, shes starving. This is unacceptable and I will be filling a complaint.

AMAZING!! There name fits perfect! I would give them a negative star. They are the worst of all agencies i have used. The Home attendants come late or never show up. When you call the agency they are quick to say that the patient is either up all night or walking all night and that is why the home attendants dont want to return. I would love to work a 12 hour shift as a home attendant and be able to sleep the night * hint 12 hour shift* My mom has dementia and goes through what every dementia patient goes through. Not easy, you take assignment knowing the cases ahead of of time. "shame on the agency" if they do not informed there staff on where they will be assigned. There is no excuse for not communicating with the family. This is a person who suffered a stroke can not walk on her own and left with a daughter who is slow. My mother has been left 6 times during the night in less than 25 days with this agency. no communication / no show from either side from Agency or home attendant. once you complain they say they dont have the staffing because of her dementia. But they were quick to say put her on Medication. Confusing since they said they are all trained to deal with elder dementia patients. My only words would be do not put a elder dementia patient in there care they are not responsible.
