This review is long overdue. Sorry. My 91-yr elderly mom and I had to stay to stay overnight at JFK due to a missed connection. Checked into hotel at around 1am on Dec 11th last year and the 2 duty managers n the front desk lady were very nice and accommodating. Given my moms condition, they were very kind to extend late checkout for us the next day. One of the managers push my moms wheelchair to the room. The M club lady gave us excellent service too. Very pleased with the hotel and their impeccable service. Will not hesitate to stay at this hotel again if I need to transit overnight at JFK.

Very clean hotel Very accommodating staff with Special mention to Front Desk Manager, Celine who manages her FD staff Very well...and gave me a nice room On the 11 floor MClub always open to Elite members And offers variety of good food Good shuttle service to & from JFK airport Food & drinks: MClub offers variety of good food

Fairly new hotel, conveniently located to JFK, wish there was a direct path to get to the airport instead of driving within the residential area. They didnt have a liquor license so only beer and wine available at the bar. Huge reason only 4 stars- no coffee shop or room service coffee until 7am- which sucks for people staying at the hotel for an early flight out. Other wise hotel was nice and clean.
