I had them out to fix the AC this Spring, and the guy immediately identified a problem that the prior company could not find. Had it fixed and AC running cold 20 minutes later. Decided to call Campbell Industrial Heating & Air Conditioning back for the Fall furnace tune up. Different guy showed up, but obviously knew his stuff and went right to work. He gave it a thorough once over, took some measurements to make sure all was in spec, and was on his way. Great service, and will call again in the spring when the time comes to check up the AC once again.

The HVAC technician was knowledgeable and performed the routine maintenance service professionally. There was a vibration in the water heater that we could diagnose and Bobby went out of his way to figure out where it was coming from. Would certainly use Campbell Industrial Heating & Air Conditioning again.

We hired this company to fix our AC that was leaking. After evaluating it for 10 minutes they said a tube was clogged and it would be $225. They went to get a part from their truck, then told my husband he should just take the part and do it himself. He said for $225 I prefer the professional do it. They did and left shortly after. Fast forward two weeks and the unit is leaking again. I called them back and they told me it wasnt their fault as it wasnt leaking when they left. I told them it was $225 and they didn’t fix the problem if it’s still broken and the entire experience was unacceptable. They hung up on me. Service: AC maintenance

Campbell Industrial Heating & Air Conditioning crew installed my new air conditioning and furnace units. They were here on time early in the morning, were careful to cover my floors and clean up everything, wore their masks the whole time, and even stopped to answer all of my questions - and still finished in one day. My house is now ready for any weather conditions.

Working with these guys for the first time was a pleasure! I only go with companies with good reviews and I wasn't disappointed. The technician was great. He was punctual, knowledgeable and didn't mind explaining everything as he went along and diagnosed the problem. I'll refer all of them who needs an heating and AC repair. They are the real deal for sure!!
