I called this company yesterday for air conditioning and heating repair, and I was able to get an appointment on the same day. The technician they sent to me was highly experienced and insightful in fixing our unit. He completed the job to my satisfaction, and I was very happy with the service and with the technician as well. Thank you!

Service was on time , friendly , they explained in detail what was wrong and which parts were needed. They did an excellent job on the follow up after parts came in and were the correct parts needed. Overall fair pricing a little higher than some but quality of services more than made up for the little extra cost. In conclusion i was satisfied with the service calls and the issues were fully resolved, thanks for the help and repairs.

Dan was awesome and identified a problem missed by two prior tech as we were initiating service and upgrades for a newly bought home. Prior techs with other firms did furnace exams and missed issue with the heat exchanger in a gas furnace which plainly visible with by this tech using his fiber optic camera. Saved us installing new air filtration system then later having to take it off to make a costly repair. Many thanks for finding it so we can do things smartly.

The technician came over to service and clean our furnace and A/C unit. He was on time and very responsive. After cleaning both units, he explained what he did and also had pictures of everything. He gave suggestions on what to look for when we move to our new house and also recommended what filters to use. Highly recommended.

Jeff was fantastic. He arrived right on time, got to work quickly, and explained exactly what the issues and solutions were in a way I could actually understand. He provided professional, friendly service and was extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely ask for him again anytime I call Austex Heating & Air Conditioning!
