Machines are full of mold and the machines don't clean your clothes properly. You will have to run the washer twice to get a proper clean. The machines use a card system where you have to reload the card . I put $20 on last time and spent $7. Today the card was emptied out. They usually give you $1 bonus if you load $20 , now I see why.

Raised the prices on washer. Water comes out of the machine after 10 minutes. Clothes are not properly washed

I had a deeply disappointing experience at Laundry Express on February 11, 2024. I used dryers 17 and 18 to dry my laundry, but unfortunately, dryer 18 malfunctioned and burnt my items, including my comforter, pillows, clothes, and towels. Despite selecting the medium heat setting, the dryer overheated, suggesting a failure in maintenance and safety protocols, possibly due to trapped lint. What made matters worse was the dismissive attitude of the employee when I reported the incident. Instead of showing empathy or offering assistance, I was unjustly blamed for the malfunction, despite explaining that I had never encountered such an issue before. This lack of accountability from the staff only added to the distress caused by the incident. As a result, I had to replace all the damaged items, incurring significant financial losses. I am deeply disappointed with the lack of professionalism and accountability at Laundry Express. I urge the management to take this incident seriously and improve their maintenance procedures to prevent similar incidents in the future. Overall, my experience at Laundry Express was extremely unsatisfactory, and I would caution others against using their services until they address these issues.
