I met Karleen over 15years ago while she was working as a manager at Jackson Hewitt, from our very first encounter I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and expertise she provided. It wasn't long after and not surprised when she started Reliable Tax Services. Every year since we met 15years ago Karleen has been doing not only my personal taxes but my business taxes and those of some of my closest colleague's. I have been 100% satisfied with her service, promptness, good advice, and timely filing of my tax returns. I especially appreciate that I can send her random questions during the year and she never fails to quickly reply with a well considered answer. She's informed, efficient and easy to discuss things with, even when the question might seem quite ridiculous. One very notable thing about Karleen is she makes me feel like I am her only client. Her attention to me was unmovable and I appreciate that from her very much. Karleen is a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her.

I’ve been a client with Karleen for a few years now. From my 1st year filing with her she has always been very knowledgeable & professional. She made the process very simple. Even when there may be issues she is willing to get on the phone and make calls on your behalf. I can pick up the phone and know me calling her or her secretary Evelyn isn’t a bother because they genuinely care about the clients being happy. Even after moving out of state I will not go to anyone else. I highly recommend Karleen for all your tax needs. You will not be disappointed.
