        Really bad horrible service. I physically went to the location on Saturday for appointment. The front desk girl Alex gave me appointment today Monday, Feb 26th at 4.30 but told me to go around 5 Oclock. She had me filled up all the papers. Took my license and inshurance. I was waiting till 5.30. The she brought her manager and saying Dr will leave at 5.40 and Dr cant see me. She said I was late but Alex her employee told he to go at 5 Oclock. Whey did they took all my information and filled up all the paperwork? I think its just to bill my Inshurance. Please beware.

        Horrible service. My prescription came off in less than a year. She going to tell me cuz I didnt pick my glasses up on time. My last prescription lasted me 3 years from some place else. Lesson learn. I will never do glasses from these places on Jamaica avenue. Thats my 2nd bad experience from over there.
