Its impossible to get thru the phone. Two months went by and glasses were not ready. I requested a refund to go elsewhere and was told that I had to come in person but as soon as I called my bank miraculously they were able to do the refund without me coming in. This was done in May and its now the last day of September and my benefits havent been reinstated. The receptionist said it was done eventhoughy I told her I was told by the ins co it wasnt done and she said , she couldnt call. I came in in person and all odd a sudden she could call. This place sucks , dont waste your time and money in a place thr shows no interest in your needs.
