Don't even bother. Walked in here with my dog and IMMEDIATELY walked out. How on earth they could expect people to pay hard earned money to drop their dog off here when the inside temperature probably rivaled that of tropical islands. I feel so bad for the workers having to work in there, it's borderline abuse! The owners should be ashamed! You should never have to subject your pet to temperatures like this for such long periods of time. What if they have a heat stroke? Proper air conditioning and heating should be STANDARD for a business! I highly suggest anyone reading this look elsewhere unless they fix this issue. Absolutely unacceptable.

I love bringing my dog here! They always do the best job and I love that they're cage free! My dog is usually always so anxious at the groomers but he always seems so playful and comfortable when I go to pick him up. The staff is awesome and they always do their best! :)

Still waiting to hear from the owners regarding yesterday's disaster - not to mention she had a 9 am appointment and she wasn't done until 11:37.  How is that possible if she was the first appointment of the day?!?!

Second time I took my yorkie in for a trim and she came out with all her hair practically cut off. Her hair just grew back from the first time they messed up and cut it all off  and they totally cut it off again today after specific instructions on her card and text messages with Zee right after she was dropped off. the excuse for cutting her bangs is that it was shorter than the rest of the hair (shorter because of the last mess up) meanwhile she even texted me that she knows to keep the top knot. any decent groomer knows bangs are part of a top knot and yorkies do not have all layers. I have 4 small dogs and have been coming here for years. I am never 100% satisfied with there cuts, but it is close by and convenient and Zee was aLeary's a sweetheart. But after the way she handled todays BIG mistake I will probably look for another groomer after all these years
