Rite Aid Pharmacy

Needed them to speak to another Pharmacy about a prescription. The other pharmacy tried calling them, no answer. I tried calling them twice, no answer. So I decided to go there in person so they could call the pharmacy. They said they couldn't call them. I said that when we try to call them, no one answers. He said he would answer when they called back next time. I went to the front of the store and called them to see what would happen. 4 people working there and not 1 person picked up the phone. He was flat out lying. Terrible pharmacy especially if you need something urgent.

Worst pharmacy Ever!!!!! They never answer the phone and on top of that they never even ordered my medication and then lied and said it was ready...and when I came to pick it up there was nothing on file!!! Do not get scripts from them order online..much more reliable. Express scripts is very good

This Rite Aid branch is undoubtedly the most disappointing one I've visited. It's not just disappointing; it's concerning enough to raise a red flag. The lack of responsiveness is appalling, with their phone calls going unanswered and prescriptions consistently not being prepared on time. It really makes you question the purpose of having a local pharmacy if they can't fulfill their fundamental duty of assisting patients. Personally experiencing the frustration of calling them multiple timesten times, to be exactwithout getting any response is incredibly disheartening. The level of customer service here falls far below acceptable standards.

The cashier was criticizing my medication purchase in another language thinking I didnt speak the language . Saying she might want to buy that to abort . This is so disrespectful and embarrassing to hear when it was just for coughs and sore throat . This need to be fixed . Managers in the back might not be noticing what really happens in the front . People like that should be working there . Its a neighborhood store that has what people need and should have the freedom to buy anything they want .
