I have very bad experience with Bluestone management from the day one. After they received checks from me, they did misbehave with me. As I already invested my time I ignored it because of my other urgent occupations. Now I am suffering from heat problem. They did not do maintenance the apartment for a new tenant. Every day I am suffering heating problem. Once they fixed it. Now again there's no heat amidst this very cold weather. At the time of entering into the apartment I found they hanged loaf of meat in front of my apartment. For rotten smell of this meat I was unable to sleep and eat for one day. They dont reply to email. They are aversive to respond for customer service. I have ever faced such a poor management and customer service! I have paid them for buying comfort and peace but now I am suffering from stressful situation as intead of putting attention to my work, I have to focus on discomfortable situation arising from the apartment. Very awful situation for me!

Their 5 year old building is in disarray and management could care less. Constant missed maintenance appointments, no sense of urgency in regards to callbacks. Reactive (months later) Instead of proactive. So many violations. The way they don't value your time and hard earned money is unprofessional and disheartening.
